GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REQUESTING ACCESS TO AN ONLINE EVENT AND PURCHASING TICKETS ELECTRONICALLY

The General Terms and Conditions for requesting access to events and purchasing tickets electronically (hereinafter referred to as the "General Terms and Conditions") apply to all contracts made electronically through the website www.LiveArtist.eu, which is operated and maintained by Cultural Hub Bulgaria Foundation.
I. MAIN CHARACTERISTICS OF ACCESS AND TICKETS, SUBJECT OF REQUEST AND SALE


Subject to ordering and sales contracts made through the website www.LiveArtist.eu, requests for access and tickets for registration and other organized events (hereinafter referred to as "events" or "event").


On the website www.LiveArtist.eu basic information is published about each organized Event, containing the name of the organizer of the Event, performers, date, time and place of the Event and more.
Requests and tickets sold are inherently securities that entitle the person holding them to attend the event.
II. INDIVIDUALIZATION OF THE TRADER
Requests are made and tickets are sold through the registration system of liveArtist.eu, owned by the Cultural Hub Bulgaria Foundation, a non-profit organization for public benefit activities, with UIC 205634042, with a registered office at Sofia 1616,  №36a Brezite Street, (hereinafter referred to in the General Terms and Conditions as Live Artist).
When selling tickets, Live Artist acts on behalf of and at the expense of the respective event organizer (see Part III below).
Live Artist carries out its business activities at the same address as the one of its management indicated in the above para. 1.

III. EVENT ORGANIZERS. INDIVIDUALIZATION OF PARTIES ON BEHALF OF WHICH LIVEARTIST ACTS
Events for which tickets are sold electronically through the website www. liveartist.eu, are organized by third parties, not liveartist.eu. These third parties, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizers", have the obligation to provide the holders of the links and tickets with access to and participation in the relevant event and are responsible for the timely conduct of the event.
The organizers determine the place and time of the event, the conditions of access and all other characteristics and conditions under which the event will take place, including the conditions under which they will make any changes, such as price changes and changes related to the date, time and place of an event and how to notify customers of changes.
If the Organizer fails to fulfill any obligations in relation to an event, including canceling the event, the Organizer is legally directly liable to the persons who made the requests for access or purchased the tickets, for their compensation and for the refund (see Part XIII. " Event cancellation. Refund of the price paid ").
The organizer of the event is responsible for the distribution, promotion, access request or sale of tickets for the event.
The name of the Organizer of the respective event and the registered office and the address of management are published on the website www.liveartist.eu, in the description of the respective event.
IV. REQUEST ACCESS. TICKET ORDER. METHOD OF PAYMENT
By performing the request for access or ordering a ticket through the website www.liveartist.eu, the customer making a contract for requesting access or purchasing a ticket electronically in accordance with the Electronic Commerce Act. This statement binds the client and the order cannot be refused or changed.
To purchase a ticket through the website www. liveartist.eu customers need to perform the following 6 steps:
 
Step 1 - Select an Event
Step 2 - Select the number of links/tickets
Step 3 - Registration
Step 4 - Review the application
Steps 5 - Choose a payment method (if applicable)
Step 6 - Make a payment (if applicable)
 
After the successful submission of the application, the client receives an email from Live Artist, which confirms the receipt of the statement for the conclusion of the contract for requesting access or purchase of a ticket electronically.
Customers can find a detailed description of each of the steps under par. 2  on the Live Artist website, in the "HELP" section. The ordered tickets can be paid for in the following ways:
Payment by bank transfer (if the Organizer has provided such an option) - upon completion of the purchase, the customer receives an email from the Organizer with detailed information about the bank  account for payment. The amount due must be transferred to the provided bank account within a period determined by the Organizer, and the order number must be indicated in the basis for payment field;
Payment on the spot (if the Organizer has provided such an option);
Payment through the Pyapal system (if the Organizer has provided such an option);
Payment through the ePay system (if the Organizer has provided such an opportunity, not accepting payments with cards issued in the following countries: USA, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates, Belize, Bahrain, Colombia, Trinidad and Tobago, Kuwait, India and Nigeria);
 
V. DELIVERY AND RECEIPT OF LINKS AND TICKETS
The ordered links and tickets are sent electronically to the participants.
VI. REQUIREMENTS FOR PROVIDING LINKS, KEEPING AND DISPLAYING TICKETS. RULES FOR HOLDING EVENTS
Each participant provides their link and/or ticket when registering for the event.
Each participant undertakes to comply with the rules established by the Organizer for the event. Violation of the rules and misuse of the ticket can be punished, according to the rules of the organizers.
VII. CANCELLATION OF PURCHASED TICKETS
According to Art. 57, item 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, the provisions of Art. 50 - 56 for the right of withdrawal by the consumer from the contract remotely within a 14-day period shall not apply to the provision of services related to a specific date of the event. In regard to this legal basis, customers are not entitled to cancel the electronically purchased event tickets.
Cancellation of purchased tickets before the event is possible only in cases where the ORGANIZER has mentioned the conditions and fees for cancellation.
XIII. CANCELLATION OF AN EVENT. REFUNDS
In case of cancellation of the event, the event organizer is responsible for the return of the amounts paid for the tickets. The cancellation of the event is a failure of the Organizer to fulfill the obligation to provide participants access to the event.
The name of the Organizer of the respective event and the registered office and the address of their management are published on the website www.liveartist.eu, in the description of the respective event. The name of the Organizer is printed on the ticket.
When selling tickets, Live Artist acts on behalf of and at the expense of the respective Event Organizer. Live Artist has no obligations regarding the organization of events and their timely conduct and is not responsible for the quality of the event provided.
In case of refusal by the Organizer to refund the amounts paid for the tickets, the clients can send their requests for a refund of the paid price directly to the Organizer at their address indicated in the description of the event or to file a complaint against the Organizer to the authorities.
XIV. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, customers express their consent to Live Artist to collect, process and store the personal data provided by them and use them for the purposes of fulfilling the concluded contracts for the purchase of tickets.
XV. OUT-OF-COURT SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
Consumers have access to out-of-court dispute resolution procedures with the assistance of alternative dispute resolution bodies. The General Conciliation Commissions are competent for disputes regarding tickets purchased online.
