We take the necessary care of your personal data. With this policy we want to inform you about the personal data we collect, what we use it for and how we keep it.
Who are we?
The LiveArtist.EU site is owned by the Cultural Hub Bulgaria Foundation and was created under the Music Virtual Academy project: empowering performers through OERs for the digital transformation, funded by the Erasmus + program, with registration № 2020-1-BG01-KA227-ADU -094973. The project was implemented in partnership with four other organizations: Event Production Ltd., Innetica Spain, Edukateka Lithuania, Mitra France. Cultural Hub Bulgaria Foundation is a non-profit organization for carrying out public benefit activities, with UIC 205634042, with a registered office and address of management Sofia 1616, №36a Brezite Str., hereinafter referred to as Live Artist.
What personal data do we collect?
When requesting an online link:
You provide us with the following personal data:
Name;
Email;
Payment details (when a paid event or participation in a donation campaign is requested and a card payment option is implemented.)
We need this information in order to be able to carry out the procedure for providing online access, ie. personal data is necessary for the conclusion and execution of the contract for requesting an online link between you and Live Artist.
Customers who request a link for the first time enter this information when creating their personal account at www.liveartist.eu.
When creating a personal account (profile) on www. liveartist.eu
In addition to all the data listed above, we store the following information about your purchases in your personal account:
For which events you have requested a link - name, date and time of the events;
Information about the requests: number, location of the seats, price of the tickets.
All listed information will be stored in your personal account at www.eventim.bg, which can be used for marketing/advertising purposes, including profiling for direct marketing purposes.
 
Automated data processing when visiting www.LiveArtist.eu
Additionally, we process general information that helps us understand how you use our services, including searches and search preferences, keeping track of the searches you have made on our website and your browsing (including IP address, time of visit, pages visited, interactivity of individual pages, limited information about the location, device and software of the user, initial or repeated visit to the page, information about the source of traffic). For what purposes do we use your data?
By requesting an online link through www.liveArtist.eu, we enter into an agreement with you to provide access to online content. The main purpose of which we collect and use the above personal data is to make possible the implementation of this contract - including the sending of links to you, respectively - to organize access to the network by our partners.
Your contact information may be used by our team if there are changes to certain events or they are cancelled. Your data in connection with making payments, when available, and can be used by Live Artist also in case of refunds.
The email address provided to us in the context of requesting access when creating your account may be used for direct marketing purposes, in which case the legal basis for the processing would be of legitimate interest. You have the right to object to such processing free of charge and at any time, including profiling, insofar as it relates to direct marketing.
We use the information for general use to improve your stay on our website and improve the quality of the services we provide, as well as to protect ourselves from abuse.
Your personal data may also be processed in connection with various formal proceedings, including pre-trial, judicial and administrative proceedings related to consumer claims and disputes, fraud and more.
On what basis does the Foundation process your personal data?
We collect your data on the grounds permitted by European and Bulgarian legislation, in particular:
Execution of contract:
We collect your personal information so that we can confirm that you have made a request or made a payment, which allows you to gain access, to inform you of any changes in upcoming events, cancellations or claims based on our return policy.
For the purpose of fulfilling our obligations to you, we may transfer your personal data to and financial institutions/payment processing institutions (such as banks, payment service providers, etc.).
Legitimate interest:
We store the information entered by you in your account in the context of a request for access or purchase of tickets, as we believe that this is your and our legitimate interest.
We have an interest in using this information for future marketing campaigns and to inform you about exciting future projects.
We also analyze statistics and technical data about the general use of our site, the visits and behavior of our users for the functionality of the website, as well as our products and services based on these analysies, and to protect ourselves from abuse.
In addition, we will store data related to your payments and purchases to ensure that this information is available in the case of formal proceedings such as civil cases (for example, if we are sued for damages), administrative and criminal investigations (e.g. inspection or audit by the Revenue Agency), consumer claims and disputes, etc.
 
Consent:
If you have not requested access or purchased a ticket from us, but have subscribed to our newsletters or other informational messages, the necessary personal data will be processed on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing a short letter to culturehubbulgaria@gmail.com. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on a consent prior to its withdrawal.
Individuals and legal entities receiving your information.
The Foundation is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of information relating to you and to comply with all legal requirements regarding the sharing and disclosure of this personal information. Such disclosure shall take place only if there is a valid reason for it and sufficient guarantees to ensure an adequate level of protection. The Company may disclose your personal data to the following recipients when this is legal and/or necessary, for example:
Database storage service providers;
Maintenance and analysis of our website, as well as our information systems and technologies;
Central and local authorities and other public authorities (eg NRA, NSSI); crime prevention and detection authorities and regulatory authorities that have the power to request information from us;
Our lawyers, professional consultants and auditors.

If the recipients of your data are located outside the EU, we will provide appropriate guarantees that your data is processed with due care and attention that would be required of an EU-based recipient. Please note that Public Information collected automatically through some of the cookies used by the Website may be transferred to a Google server in the United States, as we use Google Analytics, a Google LLC web service, to analyze this information ("Google").
On our behalf, Google will use this information to evaluate our use of and report on the functionality and traffic to the website and to provide us with additional services related to its services.

Period for which personal data is stored
We will store and process your data for a period not longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected or for compatible purposes. For example:
We process the data based on your consent until you withdraw this consent;
We use your data based on our legitimate interests, at most insofar as this processing does not exceed your rights and interest in deleting or anonymizing them.
We use your data to perform a contract, for as long as the contractual relationship with you is in force, or as long as the statutory deadlines apply in the event of a dispute over the services we provide.
Personal data is also stored in your personal account at www.LiveArtist.eu for an indefinite period of time. You can easily edit your personal data at any time/except for the email, which serves as a permanent identifier of the client in our system/and you can request the deactivation of your account at any time by contacting our team at culturehubbulgaria@gmail.com.
Once your account is deactivated, we will delete all your personal data stored in our web store. However, the personal data from your account will be stored in the archives of our company in case of possible lawsuits or administrative proceedings within a period of 5 years from the date of the event for which you requested access or purchased the last ticket through your account.
How does the Foundation protect personal data?
The Foundation will take all necessary actions and measures to ensure the security of personal data and to avoid unauthorized access to them, as well as their collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal, deletion or other misuse of data by unauthorized persons.  All your personal data will be transferred via SSL (secure socket layer) at 128-bit encryption (high) (RSA at 1024 data rate) and therefore could not be misused by third parties.
Your privacy rights
You, the data subject, have the following rights:
Right of access to your personal data: to know whether we process your personal data, what categories, for what purposes and to whom we disclose them;
The right to request an update (correction) of incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate or outdated data. In addition, you may restrict the processing if: we process your personal data without a legal basis; after accomplishing the purposes for which they were collected; if you have objected to the processing on grounds of "legitimate interest". In this case, we will not process them (except for storing them) until we verify this statement.
The right to object to: fully automated decision-making, including profiling; in the presence of other legal grounds; when the processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest or when it is for the purposes of direct marketing.
Right to request the deletion of your personal data, but we may be legally obliged to store this information and not delete it (or to limit the processing for a certain period of time, in which case we will comply with the request for deletion only after we have met these requirements).
The right to request that the data we store about you be provided to you in a commonly readable format suitable for machine reading (eg computer) and/or transferred to another organization, but only when we process your data on the basis of a contract or Your consent and processing is done automatically.
If you believe that your rights to privacy and personal data protection have been violated, you can contact the relevant Data Protection Commission.
How to exercise your rights?
To exercise any of your rights, you can contact us by phone, e-mail, send a letter by mail or fill out a form on the spot in our office. We will respond to any request for access to personal data no later than one month after it is submitted in electronic form, unless you specify another way of your choice.

Your written request should include:
Your Name;
The email address with which you are registered in your personal profile;
Preferred form of communication (eg regular or e-mail);
Signature (in case of paper submission);
Date of the request;
Mailing address;
Power of attorney - if the request is submitted on behalf of someone else.
The company may ask you to provide additional information needed to verify your identity (eg by clicking on a verification link or by providing a verification code) in order to exercise your rights.

We will notify you of any changes to this Privacy Policy by posting its current version on our website.
